Vikas Arun

Crafted with Precision

Delivered with Fire

Vikas is a boundary‑breaking creator and performer blending Western and Indian percussive dance with unmistakable style. He’s the first South Asian artist sponsored by Capezio, the first to earn a residency at the American Tap Dance Foundation, and the first to perform in the global hit STOMP.

His work spans every corner of the industry — national TV (Good Morning America, SYTYCD, NFL Halftime), major commercial campaigns (J. Crew, Vogue), international touring productions (STOMP, Mystic India, 42nd Street), and high‑profile events for the United Nations, CitiBank, Reebok, and more.

Through his company, Project Convergence, Vikas has performed at Lincoln Center, been featured in The New York Times and The Hindu, and created work for brands like Buzzfeed and Spotify. Renowned for his clarity, rigor, and infectious energy, he teaches and choreographs worldwide. He splits his time between Seattle and New York, guest teaches at Broadway Dance Center, and guest lectures at Columbia University.
